Ms. Connie Marie Moore, age 78, of Bonifay, Florida passed away June 24, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family. She was born December 15, 1944, in Prattville, Alabama to the late John Creamer and Frances Olivia Cobern Creamer. In addition to her parents, Connie was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Moore.
Ms. Moore is survived by two sisters, Bobby Dalon of Bonifay, FL and Nancy Miller of Silver Creek, GA; one brother, John Larry Creamer of Carlton, GA; numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
