Ms. Janet Beverly Harris, age 74, of Bonifay, Florida passed away November 28, 2024, at her home. She was born June 18, 1950, in Alexander City, Alabama to the late James Lewis Stephens and Irene Mann Stephens. In addition to her parents, Janet was preceded in death by one daughter, Denise Bates and one sister, Emily Stephens.
Ms. Harris is survived by one daughter, Chyrl James of Bonifay, FL; three siblings, Ricky Stephens of New Site, AL, Connie Cattrett of Alexander City, AL, and Brandon Wall of Alexander City, AL; three grandchildren, Ryder James, Jarred Henderson, and Cody Cleveland and one granddaughter, Kaylee Carlisle; 12 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Memorialization will be by cremation with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements.
