Ms. Lena Delois Brannon, age 82, of Bonifay, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, at the Washington Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Chipley, Florida. She was born on July 2, 1942, in West Bay, Florida, to the late James Jerden Tucker and Myrtie Lee Tucker.
In addition to her parents, Lena was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Clinton Brannon. She is lovingly remembered by her three children: Katrine "Katie" Katherin Barron, Joseph Clinton Brannon, and Tony Wayne Brannon. She is also survived by her brother, James Ricky Tucker of Bonifay, Florida.
Funeral services will be held at the Peel Funeral Home Chapel in Bonifay. Interment will follow at Bonifay Cemetery under the direction of Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory.
A heartfelt poem accompanying her remembrance reads:
