Mr. Rudon Allen Darley, age 59, of Bonifay, Florida passed away surrounded by his family on March 21, 2025, at his home. He was born April 28, 1965, in Geneva, Alabama to the late Charles Eugene Darley and Mildred Lewis Darley. In addition to his parents, Rudon was preceded in death by four brothers, Charles Darley, Ronnie Darley, Roger Darley, and Rocky Darley, one son, Austin Michael Martin, and two special aunts, Violia Lewis and Ellen Spivey.
Mr. Darley is survived by his wife of 41 years, Carol Darley; two daughters, Ivory Darley and Sarah Darley Stricklen and husband Thomas; six grandchildren, Haleigha Mason, Jaiden Mason, Liam Mason, River Stricklen, Creeklyn Stricklen, and Jayczie Darley; one brother, Randy Michael Darley; one sister, Rudene Kay Sanders; two special cousins, Paulesa ‘Sissy’ Williams and Tracie Champion; a special niece, Harley Clark and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held 12:00 Noon Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at Izagora Congregational Methodist Church. Interment will follow in the Darleyville Cemetery with Peel Funeral Home and Bonifay Crematory in charge of arrangements. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service from 11 to 12 at Izagora Congregational Methodist Church.
